The Palram Canopia Sophia XL 5000 (706976BUN) is a large modern flat door canopy measuring 4.71m wide and 1.4m deep. It suits wide doorways, double doors, patio entrances and window areas. The 4mm acrylic panel is virtually unbreakable and transmits 85% of natural light while blocking harmful UV rays. It will not discolour or fade in the sun.

The panel sits within a powder-coated aluminium profile supported by laser-cut powder-coated galvanised-steel brackets that are completely rust resistant. The smart locking system holds the panel without screws which eliminates any risk of leaks. A hidden rear rubber gasket seals the canopy to the wall. The whole thing is maintenance free and made from recyclable materials.

A front aluminium gutter directs rainwater sideways away from the porch rather than dripping down. The rear rubber gasket prevents water seepage into the wall.
